On Thursday, February 29, 2010, the Exmouth Residents' Association (ERA) will be holding an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) at the Open Door Centre, Church Street, Exmouth. The meeting will start at 7pm.

The association was unable to elect a committee at its annual general meeting (AGM) in January and this EGM has been arranged in order to give members more time to submit nominations for the chairman and the committee.

This is an important meeting at which the future of the association will be decided and all members are urged to attend if at all possible.

This is not an open meeting and only existing members will be admitted.

Geoff Morris,

Chairman,

Exmouth Residents' Association.
