THE police plan to return to Colaton Raleigh to carry out further speed checks along the B3178 opposite Wood Stores.
Last month the police and Colaton Raleigh PCSO Sarah Trayhurn checked 50 vehicles travelling along the busy stretch of road.
One vehicle was clocked travelling at 40mph while the other 49 were found to be within the legal 30mph limit.
PCSO Trayhurn said: "We will be returning to the area on a regular basis and offending vehicles will be dealt with accordingly.
