PEOPLE will have a whole week to think about their gut and all in the name of health.Gut Week, starting Monday, July 14, will highlight just how common digestive problems can be with the aim of encouraging sufferers to seek help and advice.Nutritionist Hazel Pelham has set up the free advice sessions for anyone wishing to explore a nutritional approach to digestive health.The sessions will take place at Lewis Pharmacy, in Exeter Road, on Tuesday, July 15, between 10am and 1pm, at B Natural, in The Strand, on Wednesday July 16, between 10am and 1pm, and at Lewis Healthcare Centre, in Imperial Road, on Wednesday July 16, from 5pm to 8pm.For more information call Hazel Pelham on (01395) 270899.
