Kate specialises in commercial litigation after cutting her teeth in the claim business at the tender age of nine.

Kate, who can often be found walking her Jack Russell puppy on Budleigh Salterton beach and is currently taking flying lessons, said: “I’m so pleased to be back in Devon and so happy to be with such a forward-thinking business. I’m settling in well and looking forward to what the South West has to offer.”

Managing partner Chris Lingard said: “Kate is a born litigator. She wrote her first letter of claim at the age of nine and has never looked back.”
