Flooding - Budleigh cricket ground under water

The heavy rainfall that has affected parts of East Devon has worked its way down to the River Otter and flooded the cricket ground in Budleigh Salterton.

The heavy rainfall that has affected parts of East Devon has worked its way down to the River Otter and flooded the cricket ground in Budleigh Salterton.

The water has reached roof level of the recently rebuilt cricket pavilion.

Eye witnesses say they have never seen so much rainfall in such a short period of time and people are worried about the risk of flooding to houses in Granary Lane.
