Firework placed into Exmouth parking meter

A PARKING meter on Queens Drive was damaged by a firework being placed into the machine. The incident took place overnight on Sunday, August 23. The parking meter was valued between £600 and £700 with costs incurred to fix the damage. PCSO Nikki Payne sai

A PARKING meter on Queens Drive was damaged by a firework being placed into the machine.

The incident took place overnight on Sunday, August 23. The parking meter was valued between £600 and £700 with costs incurred to fix the damage.

PCSO Nikki Payne said: "This was not only reckless but also very dangerous."
