Firefighters release trapped dog

Firefighters were called out to rescue a dog trapped in a gate in Littleham.

Crews from Exmouth Fire Station were called to the incident in Liverton Close on Monday at 2.28pm.

One fire applicance was dispatched.

On arrival at the scene, a young dog was discovered with his head stuck through a gate.

Firefighters used small tools to release the dog from the gate uninjured.
