FIREFIGHTERS were called to deal with an electrical cable hanging dangerously over a road in Budleigh Salterton.

A fire crew from Exmouth was called to Knowle Village Road, in Knowle, last Thursday, February 11, at around 6.05pm to attend to the cable.

The crews arrived and made a safety cordon whilst awaiting western power. The incident was left in the hands of western power and the police.
