Fire crews rescue cat from flood channel in Exmouth

A cat called Pickle has been rescued by fire crews having fallen into a flood relief channel in Exmouth.

Fire crews were alerted to the animal in distress by the RSPCA at 4.49am today (Thursday).

On arriving on the scene in Carter Avenue, firefighters were able to rescue the animal with the aid of cat treats.
