A FENCE bordering a property in Brixington has been allowed by planners - despite concerns from neighbours.
A neighbour had complained planning enforcers that a fence bordering the side of a property in Redwood Close.
In the Town Council minutes of March 20 it says: "The siting of the fencing in its current position was considered to be permitted development and it was not considered that a breach of planning control was occurring and no further action would be taken on this issue.
