SCORES of people made their way to Littleham on Saturday where BBC TV wildlife personality Johnny Kingdom opened the summer fete.The event was organised by Littleham Association of Residents and Friends (LARF) and kept the crowds entertained all day.Members of the Exmouth Dog Training group gave a first class display of dog obedience and a never ending supply of cream teas, ice creams and hot dogs kept energy levels up in readiness for the many games of skill - such as splat the rat. Sue Saunders, fete organiser and LARF secretary, said: "It was a fantastic afternoon for everyone. The level of support shown for the various local organisations was truly amazing and I cannot thank people enough for their generosity.
