Family fun at Budleigh summer fete
BUDLEIGH Salterton Croquet Club is holding its annual summer fair on Saturday August 29, from 11am until 4pm.

A host of fun-filled events and entertainment have been planned, including a bouncy castle, tin-shy, bucket ball, bat the rat, target bowls and croquet skittles.
Plants, popcorn, books, burgers, cakes, wine tasting and refreshments are among the stalls planned for the day.
Fete organiser Rob Weeks said more than 80 club members were preparing the grounds for the event.

He said: "There will be more stalls and more fun games than ever this year and we hope that some of the visitors this Saturday will take the chance to try their hand on the lawns.
