FOUR dance enthusiasts from Exmouth had a strictly great day out after a trip when they met celebrity ballroom performer Brendan Cole.
Sheryl Lawrence, of The Marles, and her friends, Beryl Dowson, Kathleen Burrett and Brenda Wayland, met Brendan, star of the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing show, at a recent event in Torquay.
“He was absolutely lovely and agreed to pose for this picture beforehand,” said Sheryl.
The latin American dance specialist paired up with Jo Wood, the estranged wife of Ronnie Wood, in the last series of the programme. The couple were eliminated in week six after their samba performance.
