Raddenstiles Veterinary Surgery’s Eva Kokkaliari has a Master Degree is Clinical Animal Behaviour and is able to combine this knowledge with her veterinary skills to produce expert evaluations and recommendations for modifying and challenging animal behaviour.
The report can be used as evidence where behaviour has resulted in investigation by authorities.
Veterinary behavioural medicine is a scientific field that aims to detect the underlying causes of unwanted behaviour in a pet, understand the origin and stop or modify that behaviour.
According to Eva bad behaviour is just an expression of an animal’s emotional state and not a problematic condition itself.
Eva is able to assess cats and dogs for behavioural problems including, aggressive behaviour, fears or phobias, separation related problems, house soiling, excessive vocalisations, repetitive and compulsive behaviour, cognitive dysfunction syndrome and inappropriate scratching.
