A teenager from Exmouth has earned a scholarship to study at the University of Worcester after achieving ‘outstanding’ grades.
Olivia Haynes is studying for a degree in sports therapy, after achieving top results in her BTec qualification, which qualified her for a £1,000 first-year scholarship.
Nineteen-year-old Olivia, who attended Exeter College, said she was ‘thrilled’ to receive a scholarship.
“Sports therapy was the course I had my mind set on to study throughout my later years of high school and throughout college, so it’s great to now be doing that,” said Olivia, who hopes to complete a masters degree in the future.
