Year six pupils overcame a team made up of teachers and teaching assistants by a score of 2-1.

Year five pupils also held the teachers to a draw in their fixture.

Some 35 children from year six also took part in a ‘beat the goalie’ contest during a lunchtime break, with some managing to score past the goalkeeper.

The whole school also took part in a fancy-dress day during Sports Relief week, wearing sporting-themed clothes.
