THE Exmouth spiritual circle of light raised £412 to help the town's St John Ambulance branch in their campaign to raise money to buy a new ambulance.

A mind, body and spirit fair took place at Bastin Hall, on Elm Grove, last Saturday, August 15 for the voluntary medical organisation.

The event was organised by Gaby and Dawn from the circle of light. A number of activities were held including face painting, clairvoyance demonstrations and a raffle.

A reflexologist attended and people could also have a Chinese massage.

The Exmouth St John Ambulance want to raise £40,000 so they can buy a second-hand vehicle which will be converted into a 4x4 to be used for front-line medical use.

St John Ambulance is the UK's leading first aid charity which has 44,000 volunteers across the country.
