MANOR Gardens has been awarded Green Flag status for the fourth year running.
The town centre garden is cared for by district council gardener Shane Luscmobe and his team - who are responsible for all the formal gardens areas in Exmouth, including the new designs and plantings drawn up by the parks officers.
The local community is also involved in Manor Gardens with Exmouth in Bloom and local schools designing and planting a number of the flower-beds on display.
Councillor Graham Brown, East Devon District Council portfolio holder environment, said he was 'delighted' Exmouth had again won the coveted award.
He said: "It's a real testament to the partnership between the council and the community.
"I would like to pay tribute to the hard work and devotion of all our gardeners, who work tirelessly in all weathers to keep our parks in award-winning condition.
