Exmouth's Collypins mini pinschers triumph at Crufts 2018

An Exmouth owner’s prized dogs saw off stiff competition at Crufts this year bagging a number of awards including for best bitch in breed.

Cindy Collinson, owner of Exmouth’s Collypins kennel, qualified three miniature pinschers for this year’s show – up against 70 other entries from across Europe.

For the second time her miniature pinscher Foo won the open bitch class, following previous success in the same category two years ago.

Foo, whose kennel name is CH Collypins Tayla Maid JW shCM, is Cindy’s third home-bred champion.

She was also declared best bitch in breed, reserve best in breed and best opposite sex in breed – accolades also achieved in 2016.

Alfie, whose kennel name is Ch Collypins Lickety Split ShCM, won his class and went on to be declared best veteran in breed.

Puppy Collypins Don’t Do It Daphne won the junior class in her first ever Crufts outing against much older dogs, before going on to challenge for the bitch ticket.
