Exmouth RNLI needs YOU! Sea safety charity’s appeal for volunteer admin person

Exmouth RNLI is recruiting a volunteer admin person to help coordinate the smooth day-to-day running of the station.
The role is a ‘key part’ of Exmouth RNLI’s lifeboat management group, coordinating diaries to ensure volunteers and their needs are met during training, on exercise, and when on a shout.
The successful candidate will be the first contact point for general administration for Exmouth RNLI’s management, plus the lifeboat station.
The RNLI said it aims to co-ordinate internal communication, so a degree of confidentiality is required
Typical duties include diary coordination to ensure volunteers and physical materials are available when needed. This role is the primary contact point on general administrative matters of interest for the lifeboat management group and the lifeboat station.
Kevin Riley, Exmouth RNLI lifeboat operations manager, said: “Knowledge and previous experience of lifeboats is not necessary but an enthusiasm to learn about how our station operates is essential.”
