A TEENAGE boy and a man were rescued by Exmouth inshore lifeboat on Monday lunchtime after their dinghy capsized.
The pair had been in the water in the Exe for half-an-hour trying to right their vessel and a member of the public contacted the emergency services after spotting the boat mast was stuck in the mud.
The RNLI crew Ian Taylor, Richard Vine and Guy Munnings helped the pair turn the dinghy and escorted the vessel back to Starcross Sailing Club.
Exmouth coastguards kept watch from the shore.
