THREE holidaying youngsters playing on the beach at Sandy Bay were last Friday rescued by Exmouth lifeboat crew after they were cut off by the tide.

The two girls and a boy, aged 10, 11 and 13, took refuge in a rocky cave area until the inshore lifeboat, crewed by Giles White, Scott Ranft and Ian Taylor, picked them up and returned them safely to shore where they were reunited with their waiting parents.
