EXMOUTH RNLI lifeguards are inviting anyone interested in becoming a volunteer to go along and speak to them.

Lifeguard Joe Haines spent Sunday training with Exmouth Beach Rescue Club.
The group spent the training session practising to rescue unconscious swimmers using specialist equipment.
Joe Haines said: "A rescue board is one of the key rescue tools for a lifeguard. It is a lot quicker to paddle a board out to someone than swim out to them.
