EXMOUTH'S inshore lifeboat was launched on Tuesday evening after a yacht was reported to have run aground in the river north of Powderham Church.
EXMOUTH'S inshore lifeboat was launched on Tuesday evening after a yacht was reported to have run aground in the river north of Powderham Church.
When the RNLI crew were launched shortly after 6.30pm, they found the boat was unoccupied and had broken free from its mooring.
The lifeboat crew left the vessel with Teignmouth coastguard before returning to station.
