An award-winning restaurant in Exmouth has been listed for sale.
It was previously reported that Les Saveurs in Tower Street was set to close, with owner and chef Olivier Guyard-Mulkerrin, who established the restaurant with his family in 2007, looking for a new challenge. Now the restaurant, along with an owners’ apartment, has been listed by agents Stonesmith for £79,950.
The restaurant remains open for business while a buyer is sought, and the agents say the current owners would be prepared to help new owners coming in. Les Saveurs has previously won awards, including two AA rosettes, and been recommended by the Michelin Guide and Good Food Guide.
