EXMOUTH police say people who break into Rolle College's unoccupied buildings could face injury or prosecution.
The police have taken a number of calls from the public alerting them to youths breaking into the empty sites and using the disused buildings as meeting places.
Exmouth police are keen to crackdown on trespassers entering the Rolle College site and are appealing to the public to get in touch if they see anything suspicious.
Neighbourhood beat manager Sallyanne Southern said: "There's also a safety issue. You never know what's in there.
"Youths go in there and see it as a big playground but they are trespassing on private property and could face charges of burglary.
