BRIXINGTON residents are to be given the chance to meet face-to-face with their local neighbourhood beat team when a new weekly police surgery starts.
Plans are in the pipeline to hold the regular surgery for residents to meet with police community support officer Chris Ball, where they can raise any policing issues.
The police community bus will alternate between The Parade and Palmer House, giving all the chance to attend.
Brixington police community support officer Chris Ball said he believed the open-to-all surgeries would prove successful once they were up and running.
