Exmouth police carry out Withycombe speed checks
SPEED checks have been carried out in Withycombe Village Road after residents reported to the police vehicles were travelling too fast.

Officers said a safety operation was carried out in January, where drivers were stopped for a number of traffic offences, including failure to wear seatbelt, use of mobile phone and speeding.
The neighbourhood team said speeding concerns was an ongoing issue which would continue to be monitored.
As a result of the police measures, verbal warnings were given to a number of drivers and three drivers were issued with fixed penalty tickets.
Officers said one vehicle was found to have no insurance or MOT and was seized and impounded.
