Exmouth police are keen to trace two teenagers spotted trying car door handles and searching vehicles parked in The Colony.

Officers said the pair was seen walking along Egremont Road at 12.45am on Saturday July 23.

The first male the police would like to speak to is described as being white, 5ft 9” high, 16-18 years old, of medium build, with short black hair. He was wearing blue jeans and a black t-shirt with the word ‘parking’ written across the chest.

The police said the second man was described as being white, 6ft, 16-18 years old, of medium build with short mousy brown hair. He was wearing blue jeans and a dark coloured t-shirt with a blue logo on the front.

PC Amber Skey urged anyone with information to get in touch.

She said: “Two males were seen to walk along Egremont Road trying the door handles of vehicles.

“The males gained entry to three vehicles, which were searched, but no items were taken.

“On being disturbed they have fled the scene.”
