THE problem of dog mess at an Exmouth beauty spot is to be tackled when the police, district council and residents team up to tackle lazy pet owners.

THE problem of dog mess at an Exmouth beauty spot is to be tackled when the police, district council and residents team up to tackle lazy pet owners.

The move to crackdown on irresponsible dog owners is being driven by Littleham Together West PACT panel, who has received a number of complaints from residents regarding dog fouling on the Maer.

Panel members, police, district council environmental health officers, dog warden and Streetscene officers, and residents plan to target dog owners and catch any culprits failing to pick up after their pets.
