Anyone aged over 16 can gain a winter flu jab which also protects against swine flu from Boots in Exmouth provided they complete a questionnaire.
BOOTS is the only Exmouth pharmacy to be carrying out the winter flu jab this year.
David Freer, manager of the store based in The Magnolia Centre, said apart from doctors’ surgeries, Boots was the only place offering the jab which also protects against swine flu.
Mr Freer said: “We have been accredited to do them (for a small fee) to anyone aged 16 or over providing they meet a six-question questionnaire.
“We only have 300 vaccinations within a five week window and the launch date is Tuesday, October 12.”
