EXMOUTH mums fortunate enough to have had twins or triplets took part in a one-day one day workshop called ‘Parenting with Multiples in Mind’.
The workshop at Exmouth Children’s Centre was organised by the Twins and Multiple Births Association and presented by Caroline Baynes.
The day was attended by local parents of twins and triplets who attend Little Dinos group at the centre.
Little Dinos is a weekly multiple birth session where parents and children can meet together, play and support each other.
Mum Carly Churchill said: ““I found the course really interesting and enjoyed being with other parents of multiples and sharing experiences.”
Mum Amanda Chubb added: “It was helpful to see a different perspective on handling behaviour.”
