DISTRICT council staff, volunteers from Exmouth in Bloom and the town's mayor gathered in Manor Gardens to celebrate the park achieving Green Flag status.
It is the fourth year running it has achieved the award.
Exmouth mayor Daryl Nicholas, councillor Tony Reed of East Devon District Council, Pat Graham, chairman of Exmouth in Bloom and Manor Gardens officials assembled in the park for a presentation last week.
Pat Graham said: "I am absolutely delighted that the gardens has won the Green Flag award again."
Councillor Graham Brown, East Devon District Council portfolio holder for environment, echoed the view of Ms Graham.
He said: "It's a real testament to the partnership between the council and the community.
"I would like to pay tribute to the hard work and devotion of all gardeners who work tirelessly in all weathers to keep our parks in award-winning condition.
