A POLICE helicopter was used last week after a Topsham woman spotted a prowler in her garden.
The frightened woman contacted police and officers went to her home in Parkfield Way at around 12.40pm on Tuesday, February 2.
The helicopter found the suspect after a search.
A 38-year-old man from Exmouth has been arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary in connection with the incident.
He has been released on police bail until February 25.
