AN EXMOUTH man has appeared in court on two charges of attempted burglary at a property in Topsham.
Carl Paul Nicholson, 38, is accused of attempting to enter a house and garage on February 2.
Nicholson, from Cheshire Road, has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
His case has been committed to trial at Crown Court. A pre trial case management hearing is expected to take place on Friday, May 7.
