EXMOUTH firefighters were called to Littleham on Tuesday evening after a bolt of lightning struck a home in Littleham Road.

The lightning strike dislodged a tile on the roof, leaving a hole, and affected the electrics in the home.
The fire service advised the homeowner to have the electrics checked by a qualified electrician
