Archant

Exmouth in Bloom volunteers thanked M&S Foodhall manager Andrew Griffiths, for supporting the community group with a cash boost.

A donation was made to the bloom group by M&S Exmouth as gratitude for the volunteers’ efforts near the store.

Bloom volunteers said they were ‘enormously grateful’ for the ‘generous donation’ from M&S Exmouth.

An Exmouth in Bloom spokesperson said: “Andrew Griffiths, manager of M&S in Exmouth, made a generous donation from the company in appreciation of the work done in making the beautiful flower displays that frame the foodhall from almost every angle in that area.”

The store manager also donated raffle prizes for the bloom group’s 2018 local gardening competitions, held last week at Exmouth Rugby Club.

The spokesperson added: “Exmouth in Bloom are enormously grateful for this local support from Marks and Spencer.”
