AN Exmouth property developer has topped the charts in a national survey of house builders for the fourth year running.

McCarthy and Stone, developers of Bronte Court in Salterton Road, achieved a 'full house' in the rating system, meaning at least 90 per cent of customers were happy with the quality of their home.
