PEOPLE who suffer from breathing problems can obtain advice and tuition on such difficulties at an informative health session in Exmouth.
Simon Paddon, a full-time specialist in the buteyko breathing method, a holistic technique designed primarily for the treatment of asthma, will visit the Liverton Copse Community Association on Monday, August 17.
He will offer advice for people who suffer from conditions which include asthma, emphysema, anxiety and stress.
