A PROUD mum is delighted after her nimble-footed daughter was crowned dance champion at a prestigious national event.
Chloe Farrow, 10, of Whitman Close, Exmouth, and her dance partner, Sian Moyle, 10, beat off competition from the cream of the country’s crop in the under 12s’ pairs category at a champions of champions contest held at Devon Cliffs.
They qualified for the event after winning in the under 12 freestyle dance section at the South West of England championship. The pair are members of the Western Danceforce school.
Chloe’s mum, Kelly, said: “I am extreamly proud of her. She loves dancing and plans to take it up as a GCSE subject. Hopefully she will be able to work in a career that involves dance when she is older.”
