Exmouth firefighters tackle Maer Rocks car fire

EXMOUTH firefighters were called to the Queen Street area of town on Tuesday morning when a car parked near Maer Rocks caught fire.

EXMOUTH firefighters were called to the Queen Street area of town on Tuesday morning when a car parked near Maer Rocks caught fire.

The fire crew wore breathing apparatus and used two hose reels to tackle the blaze.

The car was severely damaged by the fire.

The fire crew made the vehicle and the area safe before leaving the scene.
