FIREFIGHTERS were called to assist with the rescue of a car after it had left the B3180 in Woodbury Common.
The incident happed at around 12.30am on New Year’s Eve morning.
The fire crew from Exmouth, with Watch Commander Clark in charge, made the vehicle safe.
