Exmouth firefighters called to small fire in Woodbury

Firefighters were called out on Tuesday evening following reports of a small fire at a property in Woodbury.

Crews from Exmouth, Topsham and Danes Castle responded at 9.10pm and upon arrival confirmed a small fire in a consumer unit.

The firefighters used a dry powder extinguisher to put out the fire before requesting Western Power to attend to repair the electrical fuse board.

Crews handed the incident over to a responsible person before they left the scene.
