EXMOUTH firefighters were called to New Street on Monday afternoon when a small fire broke out in a gas boiler.
EXMOUTH firefighters were called to New Street on Monday afternoon when a small fire broke out in a gas boiler.
When the fire crews arrived at the terraced home, they found the fire was already out.
The firefighters isolated the gas to make the area safe.
