Young musicians have wowed concert-goers and raised money for good causes at the latest annual charity concert organised by Exmouth Raleigh Rotary Club.

The event, which was being staged for the 13th year, featured musicians from Exmouth Community College, local primary schools, and Mill Water School, based at Bicton, performing in front of family, friends, and members of the general public.

This year’s event raised more than £1,500.

Money raised will be shared between Rotary charities and the music department at the college.

Introducing the concert, Exmouth Raleigh Rotary Club president Gordon Parker expressed his amazement at the ‘wealth of musical talent displayed by our young people year after year’.

He congratulated all participants, along with the staff who ‘coach, nurture and support them’.
