THE CAST at Exmouth Community College's production of Oliver! have entertained their audience to such an extent that spectators will no doubt have been asking for some more.
Around 40 pupils who make up the cast put on their first performance on Tuesday. The show runs until tomorrow, February 12, at the Green Close Site.
The production is directed by Jez Turner and Sally Wright. Oliver Twist is played by Matthew Jackson.
Sally Wright, head of drama, said: "It has gone really well so far. The shows have been sold out every night. People have thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
"The students have been very professional, dedicated and worked together extremely well.
"We wanted to play on the darker elements of the story so we have used a lot of back projection to try recreate the atmosphere of Dickensian London.
