EXMOUTH coastguards were on Sunday called to rescue a border collie dog called Freckles who had disappeared over the cliff at Otter Cove.
EXMOUTH coastguards were on Sunday called to rescue a border collie dog called Freckles who had disappeared over the cliff at Otter Cove.
When the team arrived they found the dog had made its own way back to safety.
