Exmouth town centre will be the location for a re-launched festive market this Christmas, it has been announced.
The town council has confirmed that a Christmas fayre will take place in The Strand on Saturday, December 8, between 9am and 3pm.
Visitors can expect to see some 40 stalls offering a wide range of crafts, homemade gifts, stocking fillers and decorations. There will also be mulled wine, Christmas trees and lights, live entertainment and activities for children.
Town mayor, Councillor Jeff Trail, said: “The Christmas Fayre in The Strand has a special place in the diaries for many households in Exmouth as it acknowledges that Christmas is fast approaching.
“Plans are progressing well to ensure that this year’s Christmas Fayre provides a festive experience for visitors and traders alike. We look forward to welcoming members of the public for a fun-filled and festive day.”
