A NEW caf� linked to an existing book shop proposed for the town centre will be debated by planners on Monday.
Owners of Best Books at 18 The Parade have applied to convert the first floor, currently used for storage, into a caf� to create a Waterstones-type caf� and bookshop.
The plans will be debated on Monday before being considered by district planers.
