Workshops in comedy, stand-up, performance, acting, painting, poetry and craft are some of the events taking place as part of the 2017 Exmouth Art Trail.

Artist Anna Fitzgerald, of Sea Dog Art Gallery, in Gussiford Lane, dreamed up the unique idea of an art trail last year, inspiring scores of residents to think up a host of quirky creations. This year’s trail has the theme This is Me, which Anna hopes will encourage those taking part to find out more about each other.

Already planned for this year’s trail, as part of Exmouth Festival scheduled for the summer, is an interactive underwater area, plus more than 20 artists exhibiting work, plus tours of the Blackmore Theatre.

Volunteers are still needed for decorating lampposts along the trail. Organisations and charities can still sign up to decorate a tent for the Glasto experience.
